Forman, Leamen Ingall

Leamen Ingall (a/k/a/ Lee) Forman 88 Ft. Myers, FL was sent to be with the Lord on November 25, 2015

Memorial services will be held at National Cremation and Burial Society, 3453 Hancock Bridge Parkway, North Ft. Myers, FL on Tuesday December 1st at 1:00 pm.

Lee served his country as a Navy Air Corps flight engineer. After his honorable discharge Lee attended Tri State College (Angola, IN) under the initial GI Bill and graduated with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. Post graduate degrees were earned from Marquette University-School of Consumer Finance, University of Wisconsin-Graduate School of Banking and the University of Colorado-Center for Management Program. Lee spent many years on the Board of Trustees at Tri State (Trine University) where he received an Honorary Doctorate Degree. Due to his many years of service and financial support to the University the tennis courts and a reading room were named in honor of his late son, Mark. Lastly, in 2001 Forman Hall was dedicated to honor the support and service by Lee and his wife Margaret (Lou).

Lee's professional career was primarily in banking. He spent his last 25 working years at the Bank of Menasha (WI) where he served as President and Chairman of the Board, until his retirement at age 55.

In addition to banking, Lee was a founding shareholder in several businesses including Tufco Industries, Poly-Wide, Silver Lake Development, Inc., United Roll Straightening, TLC Development and L. I. Forman and Associates.

Lee was a longtime member of the Congregational United Church of Christ (Menasha, WI)) and McGregor Baptist Church (Ft. Myers, FL). In addition to business interests Lee was a member and past Drive Chairman for the Neenah-Menasha Community Chest, Neenah-Menasha Leukemia Society of America and the American Heart Association. Lee was also active in Elks, Rotary, Badger Bankers and American Bankers associations.

Lee is survived by his wife Joyce Kloosterboer Forman Ft. Myers, FL sons Greg (Vernell) Forman Mobile, AL, Jeff (Nancy) Forman Birmingham, AL, Randy (Eileen) Forman Batavia, IL, granddaughters Markley Weinberg Appleton WI, Anna Forman Yorkville, IL and great grandson Landon Forman. Lee was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years Margaret (Lou) son Mark, parents Frank and Gertrude Forman, and brother Frank Forman.

Lee was a loving and caring husband, father and Christian. He never met a stranger. He had many friends whom he regularly shared his good fortune and expertise with.
