Words can't even explain how much I miss you Dad. You are with me but it hurts so much, not to talk or to hug, or to sit quietly with you. I will wait patiently to see you again. With much love, Katrina

The Larsens

Bob recently retired from the 9:30 Mass usher corps at St. Margaret Mary, along with his sidekicks Art and Bud. Our family of four stepped in to take over, and have loved the witty banter with the old guys as they mentor us and razz us about all sorts of things. (shirts and ties, those crazy usher name tags, baskets on sticks, ringing the bells, and other "ushing" necessities.) We've only known Bob with his companion Delores, and what a spunky lady she is! Our whole family mourns the passing of a member of the old guard. As we talked about Bob at dinner, we settled on a nugget about him. He always made you feel important and valued, from 12-year old Hank to 14-year-old Lydia, to the grown-ups. Bob was handsome, a snappy dresser, and a gifted conversationalist. We send our love and hope to meet some of you at his funeral. Eric, Gina, Lydia and Hank Larsen

I believe that long ago (when we were grade school age) Lynn and I went to the Brown County Fair together with Pete and Kate --Bob's parents. I have fond memories of the Nackers farm, and although I met Bob only a few times, I sincerely and prayerfully support you at this time of you loss.

Our deepest sympathy to Bob's family. While I worked at Kimberly-Clark I worked for Bob for many years. He was a great boss and wonderful man. We also spent many fun times at Little Silver Lake in Wild Rose with both Bob and Betty. He will be deeply missed by family and friends.

I only met Bob a few years ago when he would accompany Delores on family gatherings over the holidays, especially Thanksgiving. And I can honestly say he was one of the nicest "gentlemen" I have ever met. He always had a smile on his face and shared such wonderful stories. Thanksgiving will NOT be the same this year without him. God truly called home a wonderful man and he will be greatly missed. God's blessings to you, his family and to Delores as you adjust to your life without him on this earth. Just know that he lives on within you and that you are greatly loved.
