Joyce was one of the most compassionate, creative and beautiful women I ever knew. I am so sorry that I did not hear of her passing until now.

I met her in 1978 and she was an inspiration to me. Joyce was a dedicated and loving mom to Paul and a thoughtful and loving friend to me. She was an amazing creator and I cherish the handmade gifts she gave me. Everything she did she did with class.

We had so many wonderful times together with our boys! Some of my fondest memories were of our hikes together.

I look forward to the day I can hug her in heaven.

Love to her family,
