A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. Davin will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

There are no words that by themselves or all together that could do justice to the person that you were, but I will try to do my best. We met and bonded over our mutual enjoyment of Godzilla movies when we were 8 or 9 and never looked back. More than friends, we were brothers. Brothers by choice, brothers in iron, and later brothers in arms (literally). I spent nearly as much time at your house as I did my own. How many all-nighters did we pull playing video games, pumping iron to heavy metal, watching movies or MST3K? And then we braved and conquered bootcamp together. You are a big part of the person that I am today because of the ways we’d persist and push ourselves to extremes towards good ends.
I will always remember you for the big lovable goof that you were, the incredible artist, your kindness, your sense of humor, and your intelligence . The world was a better place with you in it. May you find rest now, Davin, my brother. I miss you more than you’ll ever know.
Sue, although I cannot be there in person know that I am with you in spirit and offer my greatest condolences. Do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.
