Patrick A. (Pat) Myers, 79, of Brooksville, FL, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2024, surrounded by his family at his home. He was born on December 17, 1944, in Mercersburg, PA, the son of Patrick and Dorothy (Dalbey) Myers. Pat was a 1962 South Glens Falls, NY high school graduate.

Pat's life was a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit, marked by diverse career paths and successful business ventures. His journey included a significant tenure at Whiteman Chevrolet in Glens Falls, NY, and ownership of several thriving businesses. Pat was very proud to be a district president of the Jaycees in the 1970s. Pat's life was a tapestry of love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to his family and animals. His love extended to rescues and supporting The Humane Society, a cause close to his heart. Pat had a love for cars, golfing, and fishing with his grandsons.

Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick Myers and Dorothy Dalbey Myers and his daughters, Kathleen Myers and Arlene Skeen.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Tyler) Myers; son, Joseph Myers, and his wife, Lisa Myers; grandsons, Alex Myers, Jack Roberts, and Nicholas Berg; granddaughter, Tara Carter, and great-granddaughter, Daisy Britt. He was affectionately known as "Poo-Pah" to his grandchildren. He also leaves behind his beloved pups, Willy and Reagan.

Pat was in my high school class at South High. I remember him as a very nice person and someone with many different interests. RIP, Pat.
