My memories of Mr. Burrows were his walks past my home, often with a two-legged friend and, more often, with a four-legged companion. He would slowed down so we could exchange "good mornings," and when I learned that he was a Naval Veteran, I enjoyed sharing Navy stories my Dad had shared with me with him. Always a smile on his face, it was my pleasure knowing a man who loved to talk about his family, his community and his country as such pride.

My Prayers and Sympathy to Bob's Family. I grew up knowing Aunt Joyce who was my Mom's ( Margaret Lalonde Didio ) best friend and like a sister. I met Bob after Aunt Joyce married him though he grew up knowing my Dad as he lived near Mohican St. as a youngster . Bob and Joyce were so good to my children always bringing clothes for my daughter and food that he grew , I used to see him on and off after Aunt Joyce died and he was always so nice. Shar remembers me and her brother Craig I'm sure. God be with you all. Sincerely, Bea Didio.

Bob was a dear friend of my husband Joe and I. He loved telling stories & had a sense of humor. I remember Bob having us over for dinner. He loved to cook. Sending prayers to the family. May Bob rest in peace.
