On Saturday, September 28, 2019, Gerald L. Kuser passed away in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 83 years old. Jerry was born on May 6, 1936 in Reading, PA to Lester and Emily Kuser. He also owned and operated Kuser’s Feed and Supply in Amityville, PA from 1968 to 1980 until he semi-retired. He then worked part-time at Erb & Henry, Inc. as a dairy supply salesman, and concentrated on his true love of farming. I will always cherish the memories I have with Gerry and working with him and Nancy. I will miss not seeing him on a weekly basis. He was such a big and lovable guy.

Dear Nancy, Sharon, Cheryl and family,

Debbie and I are so very sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. He will be greatly missed and those who didn't know him, surely missed out of knowing a heck of a really nice guy! I can still remember long ago, shortly after he purchased the farm from Kurtz, when I had met him. I'd also see him often over at the Amity feed mill, when I'd pick up grain for my grandfather. He was always smiling, very humble and kind. He often let me use his farm tractor, so that I could hook it up to my grandfather's sawbuck to cut oak logs for firewood. I had no idea that Jerry was a U.S. Army vet and wished I could have thanked him for his service to our country. He was a great neighbor to my parents and the Brumbach's always had and have great respect for the Kuser's. Jerry, like my Dad, were diehard Phillies fans and we often talked about them, when we'd see each other. Although I hadn't seen Jerry for several years, Earlville just lost another good one! Rest In Peace Jerry and GODSPEED.

Sincerely,
Jim & Debbie
