Christine Arias Obituary

Christine "Lola" Cooper-Arias

Poughkeepsie - Christine Cooper- Arias "LOLA", 92, of Poughkeepsie NY, passed away at Vassar Brothers Medical Center on September 20, 2016. She was a devoted Catholic who was called to Heaven, as they were in need of an Angel.

Christine was employed as a cook at The Radisson Hotel and was currently a crossing guard for The City of Poughkeepsie; a position she loved and has held for over 30 years.

Christine was pre-deceased by her parents, her children; Leonard, Gary, Lindy, Thomas and Brian, and her great granddaughter Angel.

Christine leaves behind her loving grandchildren; Casey Parisella, Michelle Parisella, Thomas Parisella Jr., Frank Pratt, Erika Parisella and Charles Parisella, two beautiful great granddaughters, ten handsome great grandsons, and her daughter in-laws; Shari Sherow and Lisa Pratt. The smallest left behind is her dog BEAN, who was a wonderful companion.

Inurnment of her ashes will be Wednesday, September 28, 2016, 11AM, at St Peter's Cemetery 171 Saltpoint Turnpike Poughkeepsie. Arrangements have been entrusted to Joseph J.
