David Caulford Obituary
WINGDALE - David Michael Caulford, Jr., 54, a seven-year resident of Wingdale, NY, formerly of Wappingers Falls and Carmel, NY, died on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at home.
Mr. Caulford was a process engineer with Zierick Manufacturing Company in Mount Kisco, NY where he had worked for 31 years.
Born December 17, 1956 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late David Michael Caulford, Sr. and Constance Cottone Caulford.
Mr. Caulford is survived by a daughter, Leah Caulford of Cape Cod, MA and a son, David Michael Caulford III of Bridgeport, CT; three sisters, Karen Brooks of Gallatin, NY, Rosemary Holmes of Lake George, NY and Diane Boileau of Chateaugay, NY and eight nieces and four nephews.
Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at the Hufcut Funeral Home, 3159 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at Our Lady of the Lake Church, Noonan Dr., Lake Carmel, NY. Burial will follow at Raymond Hill Cemetery in Carmel, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Federation of the Blind New York, P.O. Box 205666, Sunset Station, New York, NY 11220.

To the Caulford family, we are so sorry for your loss. It was over 30 years ago that we lived in Lake Carmel NY and we have good memories of Dave. I am going to miss you a lot Dave. As well as our rides to and from work and the conversations we had. You were an awesome human being and you were the kind of person most of us wish we could be. Dave was a great friend and will be missed so much. He was always there to lend a hand when needed and Jake, myself and Linda W always enjoyed his company especially during the summer when he would pop across the street and we would sit under the tree and shoot the breeze.
