I remember how she used to make my mom and I laugh at the Dyson center. She was always joking and finally in the last few weeks decided she could confide in me. I will never forget our last phone conversation. I am very happy to be able to say you were my friend. I am sorry I can't make it to the funeral home tonite but I really would like to know where she will be put to rest at St. Peter's so we can go and visit her. I have quite a few family members and friends there and also my mom will be there in the mausoleum someday. Lots of prayers for her and the family. Keep laughing up there- Marie!!

Although I never met Mrs. Lucas, I have been extremely fortunate to have become friends with Heather. I have always felt that that greatest legacy we,as parents, can leave this world is the values we teach our children. The world should know what a fantastic job Holly has accomplished. It is experienced every day by the lives Heather reaches out to. Holly's legacy of helping people lives on every day in her daughter. Rest in peace...Mrs. Lucas

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
