Thomas Giudice Obituary
Poughkeepsie - Thomas J. Giudice, 69, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed way on Monday, January 25, 2016 at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital surrounded by his four children. Born in Poughkeepsie on June 16, 1946, he was the son of the late Vito and Margaret L. Volpe Giudice. Tom was a graduate of Poughkeepsie High School and Dutchess Community College. He married Elizabeth "Lizzy" A. SanFelice at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church and she predeceased him on August 20, 2010. Tom had worked in sales at Dutchess Dodge, retiring in 2010. Tom was a member of the Italian Center, as well as Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, and was always at his grandchildren's events. He is survived by his children and their spouses; daughter Vanessa and son-in-law Edward Weeks of Poughkeepsie, daughter Marlo and son-in-law Christopher McCormack of Poughkeepsie, his son Thomas Giudice of Bethel, CT and son and daughter-in-law Christopher and Melissa Giudice of Yonkers, NY. Tom is also survived by his grandchildren Chloe, Abby, Jake, Dylan, Aurelia, Piera, Edward and Vito Thomas, as well as his brother and sister-in-law Rocco and Pauline Giudice of Whitestone, NY and Alan and Mary Axelrod. In addition to his wife, Lizzy, and his parents, Tom was predeceased by his brother Victor Giudice. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2016 from 2:00-6:00pm at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 1, 2016 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Mt. It's been a long time since high school but mostly remember Tom from there and do remember him from dutchess dodge also with Ron.
He was a good guy, always had a smile and a kind word. Remember him from the kingstreetpark gang of which there were many.

remember tommy from school. we all hung out back then and I always remember him for the gentle way about him, just a real nice guy. he just always seemed happy and funny. good looking and a good athlete. i remember at least one party at Liz's house on Clark Street I think practically the whole school was there. liz was a doll to. everyone liked both of them, nothing you couldn't like about them. carl butch wilson
