It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce Penny Lynn Buck, age 63, of Vestal N.Y. passed away unexpectedly September 28th at Wilson Memorial Hospital due to complications after a leg fracture. Penny was the daughter of the late Gerald and Lillian Vosburgh of Vestal, N.Y. She was predeceased by brothers, Bill Fisher, Randy Race, and brother-in-law Curt Buck. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Kris Buck; sisters Pam (Don) Petcosky, Patti Vosburgh (James Kennedy), Dee Scott; brothers Russ (Scotty) Race, Jack Fisher, Jim (June) Fisher, Bud (Gay) Fisher; sister in-law Peg Fisher; Mother and Father in-law Vern and Linda Buck; sisters and brother in-laws Cindy (Todd) Hamilton, Karen (Jimmy) Almond; and 3 generations of nieces and nephews who Aunt Penny adored. Penny was employed by IBM Endicott and Huron Real Estate for 45 years where she had an "extended family" of friends and co-workers that she loved and cherished. Per Penny's wishes there will be no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Humane Society 167 Conklin Ave Binghamton, NY 13903 or a charity of choice. Her beautiful smile, infectious laugh, and caring heart will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

I worked with Pennny at IBM back in the late 80's early 90's. Penny was a true friend and great
Co-worker always willing to help or assist in any way being work related or personal.
Penny always greeted me with her beautiful smile. She was truly a beautiful person inside and out. I will remember her and all the fond memories we shared together.

We thought a great deal of Penny. She was a great person and she will be missed. Even though we just kept talking about getting together and never seemed to get around to it, we will treasure her memory. So sorry for your loss. Kenny remembers her from IBM and of course both of us remember her from family get togethers, even though they were few. God bless you guys. Sad to hear this news.

Dear Pam and Family -
So shocked and to hear of Penny's passing. What a a wonderful person she was! One of the nicest people I've ever know. I knew her through my sister, Loretta and spent hours over the years at various establishments, parties and special occasions. She will be missed by many and remember with great love and fondness.

I knew Penny from the Forest Lake days all the way back to 1966. Her antics and laughter will always be etched in my mind. She was a wild one back then and you would always wait for a crazy, funny moment with her. Most the time she ended up in the lake as someone would always toss her in. I will miss her but never forget.

My deepest sympathy and condolences go out to Penny's family. We worked together at IBM and I will remember her fondly. Penny would always brighten my day with a smile and her upbeat personality.
I will cherish the times I brought my young son in, as Penny would always 'sneak' him something sweet from her desk. Then they would both 'giggle' as if I hadn't seen. Penny was a special, rare person and will be greatly missed.
