He was a very soft spoken yet direct man with a love for doing the right thing. I know my mother Lee McClellan worked with him and others when she was president of the PTA back in the 60's, making our little school great. I attended Home Gardens Elementary 62-68 He will be missed and bless his family now for their great loss. Sincerely

Mr. Wilcox was, without any doubt, one of the finest teachers/principals in the Corona-Norco Unified School District. I met him early on, when we came to Corona from Wyoming, back in 1957. Since we lived in the county, I attended Norco schools up until high school, when we all went to CHS on 10th Street. Mr. Wilcox was always congenial, sincere, empathetic and he always had an easy smile for us. I used to think that he and Fess Parker (Davy Crockett) looked a lot alike. Mr. Wilcox was a 100% "for real" man, and I was both honored and privileged to have known him.
