I am deeply saddened by Larry's passing. Larry was not only the greatest DeCA IT employee, he was a patient man, he was never rude, or too busy to assist you and extend his helping hand, he was a true Gentleman. He will be deeply missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time.

I'm so sorry to hear of Larry's passing and deeply saddened. I worked with Larry for many years. He was a man you could count on to get the job done and done right! We relayed on him for his outstanding IT skills. As the Agency upgraded and systems changed Larry was there to see us through! We were very lucky to have him on our team. My prayers go out to you his family and friends. May God grant us all peace and pleasant memories of a wonderful man. My Sincerest Sympathy,

I knew Larry for a lot of years, and his knowledge and willingness to lend assistance to his DeCA "family" made all of our lives better. He has been missed as a co-worker, and he will be missed as a person always.
