Robert Sheldon Obituary
AKA BUG BOB
Bob went on to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 7, 2017. He was 58 years old. Born in Michigan, he migrated to Southern California and settled down in Lake Elsinore where he married and had 4 kids and two grandkids. He then moved on to Hemet where he spent the last few years of his life.
He was an avid automotive enthusiast especially of Volkswagens and the best VW mechanic ever. He had such a passion for modifying VW engines and one day hoped to make his own flying cars.
He is survived by family throughout Michigan and California: his mother Marjorie Goodwin, sisters Cheryl and Pamela, brother Jeffery; children Julia, Sarah, Bryan and Wendy, and grandkids Catherine and Ness with another on the way; and many friends through both his mechanic work and church in San Jacinto.
He lived every day to see his kids and grandkids and support them in any way possible. He may no longer be with us, but we long to see him again one day in Heaven. His memorial service will be held at 412 Church in San Jacinto on Monday, June 12th at 1pm.

Man I just found out that Bob passed away. My name is Richard Wallace and knew him as a young man living in lake Elsinore and he got my started racing motocross at Corona raceway and working in his garage on volkswagons. He was a great guy and it makes me sad to hear that he's gone. He was one of the good ones!

One of Bob's favorite sayings was " what a rail" . So one of his nicknames was "Railster". We used to work on cars together. Gone but not forgotten. Miss you Bob!
