Douglas Gross

December 21, 1951 - July 27, 2025

Douglas Gross, of Absecon, passed away on July 27, 2025, after a brave battle with ALS. Born in Long Island City, Queens, N.Y. He was predeceased by his parents, Julia (Kowalski) and Allen Gross. After a long career in banking in New York and Maryland, Doug moved to this area he became an associate at the Absecon Home Depot. He was scary smart, kind and patient. He loved reading, music, his doggies, his very good friends, a good goose martini and the Yankees. He is sadly missed by his partner, Sheryl Ginsburg and his "sister-in-law", Terry Ginsburg.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 21, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 591 New Jersey Ave. from 10:45 to 11:15 a.m. A funeral mass will be offered at 11:30 a.m. Online condolences may be placed at parselsfh.com.
