Margaret Ceceila "Peg" Talarico

1932 - 2024

Talarico, Margaret (Peg) Ceceila, - 91, of Northfield, Wife of the late Joseph C. Talarico and daughter of the late Rosella (Walsh) and Joseph J. Nelson. She was born July 15, 1932, the youngest child to Rosella and Joseph J. Nelson. Margaret is predeceased by her sister, Rosella, brothers James, Father John and Joseph. She is survived by two daughters, Joan and her husband Brian, Christine and her husband Rick and two sons, Michael and his wife, Lisa and Paul and his wife Tracy. Grandchildren, Vincenzo, Nicholas, Tori, Hannah, Megan, Ashley, Anthony and Gino. Great grandchildren, Anthony, Adriana, Antorrio, Nathan, Gianna and Lorenzo. Peg was born and raised in Philadelphia. She attended grade school at Immaculate Conception and St. Vincent's of Little Flower High School in Germantown Pennsylvania. Peg and Joe raised their family in the early years in Margate and then moved to Linwood where her children attended the Linwood schools. She spent many years working in the children's department at House and Garden in Linwood and later at Giovanni's in Central Square. Peg was an avid reader and loved doing the crossword puzzle when she was not watching the Turner Classic Movie channel. But first and foremost she really loved the job of being "Mom."
