Michael James McCracken

1948 - 2021

McCracken, Michael James, - 73, of Pleasantville, NJ passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2021. Mike left us to go to heaven, and he is now in a better place where there is no more suffering. At the age of 16, Mike worked for Uncle Dicks in Bargaintown, where he started meat cutting. He then went to work at Shop N Bag in Brigantine, where he worked as a meat cutter. For 13 years he worked side jobs at 2 Guys and the Tilton Market. He married his wife in 1972. He was a very special person, loving, caring husband and father. He was loved very much by his wife and son. In 1975 he opened his first Deli and ended up having three delis', one was open for 23 years, one was open for 25 years, and one was open for 40 years. Mike is survived by his wife, Sis, of 49 years and one son Frank whom he loved very much as well as many loving family members and friends. A graveside service will be held at the Atlantic City Cemetery, Friday, April 9, 2021 at 12pm. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Adams Perfect Funeral Home.
