Richard Frick Obituary



FRICK, SR., RICHARD A., 67 - of Galloway Township, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 12, 2006, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Egg Harbor City and was a lifelong area resident. He was a graduate of Holy Spirit High School and served his country honorably as a member of the National Guard. Richard was a bartender, most recently employed at Resorts Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City for 12 years and formerly at Herman's Place in Atlantic City for 20 years and was a member of Local #54. He is survived by his wife, Margaret P. Frick; his children: Richard A. Frick, Jr. (Tina); David A. Frick (Kristi); Margaret P. Kerlin (Kirk); Victoria A. Burke (Martin); Michelle L. Masucci (Adam); Alicia A. Rensel (Brett); and 13 grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings: Sister Mary Anton "Betty" Frick RSM; Roberta Tarby; Henry Frick; Antoinette Forkan. He is predeceased by his parents, Anton and Agatha "Hattie" Frick; his siblings: William Frick, Dorothy Siglin and Mary Emma Frick. "Like a rainbow, he brought color to our lives." His viewing will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Monday, January 16, 2006 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 591 New Jersey Avenue, Absecon, where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Egg Harbor City Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Wimberg Funeral Home, 211 E. Great Creek Rd, Galloway. 609-965-0357.
