Jerry Meade Obituary
He was preceded in death by his mother, Clara Dennis Meade; father, George Meade; sisters, Clara Meade Brown, Essie Brown and Rosa Robinson Coleman; brothers, George Meade, John Meade, Russell Meade and Willie Meade.
He leaves to cherish his memories his son, Don Robinson; grandchildren, Don Robinson Jr., Nijeri Robinson; sister, Eliza Meade Brown; aunt, Ophelia Dennis Wade; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; wife, Stephanie Meade; one devoted friend, Faye Jackson.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 22, 2011, from the Chapel of Tucker's Funeral Home, 415 Halifax St., Petersburg, Va., with the Rev. Dr. Antonio A. Tucker Sr. officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Minnis Memorial Park, Chester, Va. Family and friends are asked to assemble at Tucker's Funeral Home, 415 Halifax St., Petersburg, Va., at 1:30 p.m. the day of the service. Remains rest at Tucker's Funeral Home, 415 Halifax St., Petersburg, Va. A.A. Tucker, funeral director.

JERRY, WE ALL WILL MISS YOU. I JUST CANT BELEIVE THAT YOU FEEL ASLEEP SO FAST. SORRY THAT I WAS'NT THERE WITH YOU TO TUCK YOU IN FOR THE LAST TIME. ALTHOUGH I KNOW THAT YOU'LL BE COMFORTABLE IN THE ARMS OF OUR HEAVENLY FATHER. GOD KNEW THAT WE LOVED YOU MUCH. THAT'S WHY HE'S TAKING YOU HOME WITH HIM TO PROTECT OUR LOVE.
