William Dyson Obituary

William F. "Dump" Dyson, 68, of Chesterfield, passed away on Feb. 12, 2007.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hunter G. and Dora T. Dyson; and a brother, Hunter F. "Ikie" Dyson.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patricia H. Dyson; daughters, Tammy Howe and her husband, Jeff, and Michele Dyson; grandchildren, Carter and Brett Howe; and a brother, Albert G. "Jim" Dyson;

His remains rest at the Bliley Funeral Homes' Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Road, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Ramsey Memorial United Methodist Church. Interment, Sunset Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ramsey Memorial United Methodist Church or McGuire VA Hospital.
