Grandfather of Cal Slepkow. Son-in-law of Roland and Evelyn Jenkins of Centerville, Ma. Newphew of John and Dorothy Hogan of Newport, R.I. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a CELEBRATION OF JACK'S LIFE on Saturday, August 21, 2004, at 1:00 p.m. at Lillymere Farms, 2745 Tower Hill Rd. (Rte. 1), Saunderstown, R.I. I am very sorry to hear about Jack. I worked with him many years ago at Price Waterhouse and considered him a friend and colleague ever since. It is an honor to have been associated with him. He is truly a wonderful man. My condolences to his wife and family.
