Timothy Mel Gordon, 69, of Weatherford, Texas, passed away on August 17, 2025, surrounded by family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Laurie; mother, Helen; brothers, Dave (Lisa) of Rock Island, IL, and Mike (Annie) of Madison, WI; children, Jason (Laura) Brooks of Fort Worth, TX, Drew (Becky) Gordon of Apple Valley, CA, Emily (Curtis) Oelmann of Fort Worth, TX, and Alex (Kelsie) Gordon of Carrollton, TX; and grandchildren, Shane (Ana), Erika (Troy), Madison, Olivia, Rose, and Esme. He was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Gordon.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, September 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Two Rivers United Methodist Church in Rock Island, with a gathering to follow at the Riverfront Grill. In lieu of flowers, donations may go toward a remembrance brick at the Fort Worth Stockyards in his honor.
