Joshua James Brennan

DAVENPORT-Joshua James Brennan (41), of Davenport, IA lived a life of immense love and compassion. He was born on January 2, 1981 and raised in Eldridge.
Josh married the love of his life, Sarah (Fanth) on June 29, 2012. Together they created a family with beautifully amazing children, Evelyn, Nora, and Sawyer. Josh treasured time with his children. He was a safe foundation of love and comfort for his loving wife, Sarah.
His greatest accomplishments were being a loving husband, dedicated father, son, and hilarious and kind brother and uncle. Additionally, Josh completed his bachelor's degree in Communications at Western Illinois University in December 2020. Josh proudly received recognition from Western for improving Community Quality of Life amidst the pandemic.
Josh's kindness reached community wide. He was committed to serving individuals with disabilities and at-risk youth. Josh worked for the Davenport Community School District where he supported students as they transitioned to work/life after graduation.
Josh continued his legacy of charitable service by being an organ donor. Though his life ended too soon on March 1, 2022, he will go on to be the life force for many individuals who needed a miracle. Josh was not just our rock, but a gift to the world.
Josh's love will eternally live in the hearts of those he touched.
Josh is survived by his wife, Sarah; children, Evelyn, Nora, Sawyer; his parents Jeff and Sue Brennan, his sisters Kelly (Chad) Stiffer and Katie (Chris) Kuehn; Cat (Jerad) Parker, sister and brother-in-laws Carolyn Fanth and Tommy McKinley; nieces/nephews Cael, Matthew, Desirae, Steven, Rowan, Myla, Declan. He was beloved by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held 2:00pm Monday, March 7, 2022 at Runge Mortuary & Crematory, visitation will follow 3 – 7pm. Please make donations to Sarah Brennan.

I'm so sorry to hear this I worked with Josh at new choices he was always a great guy he will missed greatly. I am so sorry for yur loss.
