All the baggers at the Rock Island Arsenal Commissary would like to express our sympathy and condolences to Ann and the family as we were saddened to here of the passing of our friend.

I personally had a few conversations with him as he would sit on the bench and chat while Ann was checking out. I normally bagged groceries and took them to their car.

He seemed to be a quiet but very attentive gentleman and we all will miss seeing him at the commissary.

I'd personally like to "thank him" and his family for their service to our country. May the Lord find the perfect spot for him to rest.

Our heartful sympathy to all of you during this sad time.

Respectfully,
Deb Donald and the commissary baggers.
