Steven Carman Obituary
Steven Harris Carman, 67, A.K.A. "Flash" of Davenport, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials may be made to the Brain Injury Association of America. Sharing of memories and online condolences may be expressed at www.rungemortuary.com.

I was saddened to hear of Steve's passing. I've known him since we were teens. My best memory will be talking about the Vikings. I will cherish the Vikings shirts you gave me. Rest easy dear friend.
