Nicholas J. "Nick" Doney
PLATTE - Funeral services for Nicholas J. "Nick" Doney, 43, of Platte, SD will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 7, 2024 at the American Creek Park West Shelter at American Creek Campground in Chamberlain, SD with burial in the Riverview Cemetery at Chamberlain, SD. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 6, 2024 at the Hickey Funeral Chapel in Chamberlain, SD.
Nick passed away on May 31, 2024 as a result of a tragic automobile accident.
Gratefully sharing his life are his mother, Lynn Doney of Chamberlain; two children: Gatlin and Gabrielle "Gabby" Doney of Platte; brother, Gabe and sister-in-law, Lonnie Jo Doney of Rapid City and their four children: Colton, Corter, Camden and Charli Doney; along with many other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. A venmo account has also been set up by family.
