First of all, I want to send out our condolences to all of Bill's family and friends at this time of loss. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all. I was very saddened to see this news in the paper of Bill's passing. I had moved away from the Black Hill's area this past May and haven't been in touch with Bill in a few years. I have traveled thousands of miles with Bill throughout the mid and late 90's and into the new Millenium while we were both employed at a few of the different trucking companies in the Black Hills area at the same times. We were always looking for that, "Better trucking job", ha ha ....But from what I knew of Bill, you couldn't find a nicer man and he knew no strangers and he would go the extra mile to help just about anybody and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. That is just the kind of guy he was and he was very dedicated to his job and getting the job done that was for sure. He was in the TOP tier of real people out there in the world that was for sure and his work ethic was outrageous, possibly a slight workaholic, but he wouldn't think so. I know that he is in a better place and I can guarantee ya he is given em the business there as well, I just dare em to try to keep up with him. Our best again to all of Bill's family, he will be terribly missed down here. And to you Bill, Here's to ya till we meet again, old buddy....
Sincerely, Ted & Arla Delka

Bill will be missed by all of us who's life's he touched. Bill always had a smile and hello for everyone. Truely a loss for all of us that loved him. But Bill went home to God, where he truely belongs with the other Angels, like himself.
