Anna Blankenbiller Obituary


Anna Mae Blankenbiller, 62, of Reading, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017, in her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was the wife of Loren E.C. "Rusty" Blankenbiller. Born in West Reading, she was a daughter of the late Violet (Heister) and Floyd Hoffert Sr.

Anna Mae was a graduate of Oley Valley High School and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Reading.

She was employed by Yorgey's/National Cleaners for

almost 30 years.

In addition to her husband, Anna Mae is survived by a daughter, Nicole H. DiPietro, of Reading; four brothers: Floyd Jr., husband of Cassie, Arthur, Edwin, husband

of Lisa, Richard, husband of Brenda; one sister, Carol; and her beloved dog, Rocky.

There are also numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with

services beginning at 7:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1559 Perkiomen Ave., Reading, PA 19606.

Interment private in Spies-Zion Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church at the above stated address.

Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., Mount Penn, is in charge
