Erin was a 2003 graduate of Oley Valley High School and earned her Associates Degree from Penn College in Psychology.
She loved soccer, art, movies, music and baking. Erin was an advocate for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and involved in the Out of the Darkness Community Walks, as well as the National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA).
She is survived by two daughters, Jaelynn and Ana Lopez; brothers, Dylan and Garth C.; and sisters, Allison and Ashley. She is also survived by her paternal grandmother, Patricia Shannon, of Mt. Penn.
Visitation with family and friends will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with services beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave., Mt. Penn. Interment is private.
