Born in West Reading, she was a daughter of the late Donato and Carmella (Pacella) Ciervo.
She was a 1951 graduate of Reading High School.
Gloria was a secretary for the Berkshire Knitting Mills, West Reading, and also worked as a sales clerk for Pomeroy's, Reading.
She was a member of Sacred Heart R.C. Church, West Reading.
Gloria is survived by her three children: Vicki L. (Beuscher), wife of Kerry Weinman, Penn Township; Richard R., husband of Helen (Busby) Beuscher, Honey Brook; and Selene A. Schwartz, companion of Chris O'Neil, with whom Gloria resided. There are five surviving siblings: Victor, Albert, Danny, Angie Bennet and Mickie Stankiewicz.; four grandchildren, Brenda Ortiz, Christine Baily, Warren Wentzel and Chelsie O'Neil; and three great-grand-children, Kellen Ortiz, Jacoby Walters, and Jaiden Baver. She was predeceased by three siblings: John, Fannie and Annie.
Graveside prayer services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Rd., Laureldale. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Animal Rescue League of Berks County, P.O. Box 69, Mohnton, PA 19540. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements.
