There are no words my selfish heart could speak that reflect how much I wish you could have stayed. Beautiful boy who grew into to a humble, quiet strength, wise beyond your years, you gave comfort to your mother and courage to us all. From our arms to the the arms of your father. We love you ... we will miss you..... and without understanding we will look for you in the heavens.

Although we didn't know John personally, we knew about him. Every time we visited family in PA the same conversation took place. "Where is Jared?" "Oh, he's fishing/hunting/fill-in-the-blanks with Johnny Freeman." We know he will be missed by many. Praying for the comfort of the Lord in all of your lives.

Jess, I know, there are no words to describe a broken heart and there is no expression of sadness that can match the sadness and sense of loss that you feel today. I simply can not believe I'm writing on this guestbook for John... He will be desperately missed by all of us who knew him, watched him grow up, loved him... Love you, Jess. The Lord will carry you through...
I am he, I am he who will sustain you.
I have made you and I will carry you;
I will sustain you and I will rescue you. Isaiah 46:4
In "pastures green"? Not always; sometimes He who knowest best, in kindness leadeth me in weary ways, where heavy shadows be. So, whether on the hill-tops high and fair I dwell, or in the sunless valleys, where the shadows lie, what matter? He is there. Anonymous

Jessica,
At a time like this,when sadness swallows us,words are so hard to find.Each day's a struggle as pain follows us,and tears make us feel blind.
May your memories help lighten the load your heart bears inside you,may you draw strength every day from knowing how much others care about you.
With our sincerest sympathy,
