Born in Upper Tulpehocken Township, he was a son of the late Harvey J. and Elma Mae (Riehl) Kramer.
He was a member of Zion Blue Mountain UCC, Strausstown.
He retired in 1997 as township supervisor and road master in Upper Tulpehocken Twp.
He is survived by his daughter, Wendy L., wife of, Alan Stoudt, Mohrsville, and two grandchildren, Sheena R. and Shawn A. Stoudt.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, Dec. 8th, at Hill Funeral Home, Rehrersburg.
A viewing will be held from 5-7:00 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 7th, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Strausstown Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County, 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
