I worked with Marty in a nursing setting and he was a warm, caring, and protective person for both his staff and clients alike. His first priority was always the care and safety of his children. This was a sad and horrible tragedy and Marty will be missed by all his co-workers and friends.

I am shocked to hear of Marty's passing. I knew Marty to be a very kind and thoughtful person. And yes, he was an amazing foosball player. He kicked my butt in foosball many times over the years, but was always humble in victory. RIP Marty, you are missed.

So shocked and saddened. I am grateful to have known Marty, a great guy in too many ways to mention..but mostly a really proud father, an honorable friend, and a strong competitor. This guy had a huge heart and a guardian's soul, had everyone's back and probably always will. Bye pal.

My heart goes out to all of Marty's family, and friends. I did not get the chance to know him as well as some, but I always enjoyed him when we were together. He could make light out of any situation, and for me, was really honest, and had no problem calling me out. I still can't believe it. Doesn't feel real. He is loved and will be dearly missed.
