Mary Urich Obituary

Mary Jane Urich, 69, of Spring Township, passed away on January 13, 2022 at Reading Hospital. She was the loving husband of William J. Urich Jr. with whom she shared 51 years of marriage. Born on December 2, 1952, Mary was the daughter of Norman Pennock and Emma (Shupp) Pennock. In addition to her husband, Mary is survived by her children: Lisa, wife of Tony Schappell, of Hamburg; Andrea, wife of Westley Scull, of West Lawn; Teresa, wife of Roman Galas, of Philadelphia; Kathleen Urich, of Chebeaugue, ME; and William Urich III, of Reading. Also surviving are seven grandchildren. Mary leaves behind five siblings: Janet, Shirly, Eleanor, Herbert, and Thomas. Mary was preceded in death by her siblings: Russell, Norman, and Christopher. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Hope Rescue Mission, 645 North 6th Street Reading, PA 19601. My thoughts and prayers are with Mrs Ulrich´s husband and family. I work at Weis Markets and she would always have a nice greeting when seeing me. I will miss her visits to the store. May she Rest In Peace
