I heard of Sam's passing at St. Catherine's yesterday. For several years we worked on a project together in Upper Saucon Township known as The Promenade Shops. Sam was a pleasure to work with and I always considered him a friend as well as a colleague. Tom Dinkelacker, Solicitor, Upper Saucon Township.

Sam brightened our world here for awhile several years ago when we had the pleasure of working with him at Upper Saucon Township. He left us with a touch of his 'glitz and glamour' so we always remember him with a smile.

Here's to the life of a great man. I worked with Sam for several years at the Chester County Planning Commission. He was always positive and eager to take on a challenge. I can still hear his contagious laugh. The world has lost a good soul.
