Victor Rollman Obituary
Victor W. Rollman Jr., 70, of Muhlenberg Township, formerly of Lebanon, passed away Monday, February 16, 2015 at 8:10 a.m., in his home.
He was the husband of Donna L. (Mann) Rollman.
Born in Lebanon, he was the son of Mary L. (Ginnetto) Werth, wife of Red Werth of Lebanon, and the late Victor W. Rollman Sr.
He was a 1962 graduate of Lebanon High School and served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era.
He was a supervisor for Lebanon Steel Foundry for 18 years and a supervisor for the former Penn Steel for 14 years, and then served as Quality Assistant Manager for Crescent Brass for 5 years. He retired in 2007 as Project Manager for the State of Delaware-Environmental Stone Works, following 5 years of service.
He enjoyed bass fishing, loved Costa Rica, and his grandchildren loved his butterfly collection.
Mr. Rollman is also survived by his step-daughters, Stephanie Lynn (Schollenberger) Sellers, wife of Robert E. Sellers Jr. of Leesport; and Michele Lee (Schollenberger) Rentschler, wife of Christopher J. Rentschler of Hamburg; along with his step-grandchildren: Alyson, Emily, Audrey, Ethan and Elyssa. Also surviving are his sisters: Louise (Rollman) Gerhart, wife of Walter "Skip" Gerhart of Manheim; Eva (Rollman) Wolfe, widow of Frederick Wolfe of Lebanon; Carol (Rollman) Brown, widow of Raymond Brown of Lebanon; and his brother, Bernard Rollman, husband of Barbara Rollman of Fredericksburg, PA.
Funeral Services will be held in Bean Funeral Home, 3825 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., Pastor Tom Scornavacchi, officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends Thursday, 8:30-10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 498 Bellevue Ave., Reading, PA 19605 in memory of Mr. Victor W. Rollman Jr.

Sorry for your loss, I worked with Vic at Lebanon Steel Foundry. We use to go to all Lebanon High School sporting events together. Vic always went out of his way to help, great guy. We have lost contact over the years to my regret and I didn't know where he was.

Donna and families of Vic, I will miss Vic as my cousin's husband and a friend. I observed his passion for his grandchildren, butterflies, and his trips to Costa Rica. In some ways he reminded me of my Uncle Jim, Donna's dad. My heartfelt, deep sympathies go out to you all in this time of sorrow and grief. I'm so happy that he didn't suffer for long.
