Janice Canning Obituary

Janice Anne Canning, 71, of Plantsville, life partner of the late Brent Raymond for 43 years, passed away May 7, 2022 at her home.

She was born in New Haven on June 17, 1950, a daughter of the late James and Sarolynn Canning.

Janice was a caring loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she always put family first and made sure everybody was always happy. She will be truly missed by her granddaughter, Vanessa Dubois and her great-grandson, King and is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews that will love her and miss her always. She is predeceased by her son, Robert Dubois and her sister Sandra Buckman.

Burial in South End Burial Grounds in Southington will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext., Wallingford.
