I had the pleasure of working with Robert Sugarman and will miss him. He served as the Save Ardmore Coalition's attorney and helped us defeat the proposed development of Ardmore that involved eminent domain. A thoughtful, intelligent, sympathetic and principled person, his absence will be felt by me and other community activists throughout the region. My deepest condolences to his family.

My most sincere condolences. Bob was a very special friend to me when I first arrived in this country from Denmark. We shared the desk in Mr. Churchill's class and he was a comfort to me when I was teased by Mr. Churchill. He was a great support for me. Bob will be in my prayers.

I have had the honor of working with Bob on several occasions and I know that he was one of the great defenders of what was right in our area. His loss will be sorely felt by all who knew him.
