Jerry R. Muller

1942 - 2017

Jerry Muller, 75, of Tulare, CA passed away peacefully on June 5, 2017 due to complications of Alzheimer's disease. Born on February 11, 1942 in Porterville, CA he was the oldest of three children to Raymond and Fanchon Muller.
Jerry attended Porterville High School and graduated from University of the Pacific with a degree in Pharmacy. He was a member of the Phi Delta Chi Fraternity.
Jerry loved being a Pharmacist and everything related to Pharmacy.  He worked at Sweet's Drugs, Exeter Drugs, Long's Drugs, Rite Aid and most recently at Komoto Pharmacy in Delano prior to his retirement.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Fanchon.  He is survived by his two sons, Michael and wife Lizzie of Tulare, CA, Scott and wife Heather of Hemet, CA, brother, Herb and wife Mary Jane of Porterville, CA and sister Sally Olson (Christy) of Fresno, CA. A niece, Erin and nephews Greg, Ryan and Chris along with many cousins.
Jerry also had five grandchildren that he dearly loved, Andrew, Megan, Ocean, Falcon and Solea.
The family would like to thank caregivers, Sally Aldaco-Morris and Diane Martin along with Wendi Valdez and her wonderful staff at Prestige Assisted Living for all their help.
Visitation will be Monday, June 12, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM followed by a Rosary to be prayed at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel in Visalia, CA at 6:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Tulare, CA on Tuesday, June 13 at 2:30 pm with private family burial.
