Andrew Dean-Lipson Obituary
He was born in Catskill on October 17, 1987, a son of Howard M. and Christine Dean-Lipson.
A drummer, Drew freelanced in the area. Drew most recently worked at Village Pizza in Saugerties.
Surviving are his parents of Woodstock, his sister, Heather Dean-Drummond of Manhattan; his brother, Taylor at home; aunts, uncles, cousins and his Shepherd, Koda.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Woodstock Jewish Congregation, Glasco Turnpike, today, Sunday, May 20, at 2 p.m.
Friends are welcomed to visit the family at the Congregation on Sunday from 1 p.m.
Shiva will be observed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings at the family's residence.
Memorial contributions may be made to: Woodstock Jewish Congregation, 1682 Glasco Tpke., Woodstock NY 12498.

He was the best drummer i have ever jammed with, he was always a funny guy, he wasn't looked down upon by his peers. A strong sensitive musician who was taken way to early. My heart goes to you Drew.

I came to know Drew very well as his teacher, coach and discovery group leader at Hyde School and am deeply saddened by his passing. He was bright, charming and made all those around him smile. Drew I will miss you so much! You were the first person I met in Woodstock. Your smile and laugh lit up the room. You always made me smile!
