M. Grace Benevento

M. Grace Benevento of Milton, died July 5, 2005 at St. Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. She was 82.

The daughter of the late John Fasano and the late Mary Caroppolli, she was born August 2, 1922 in Brooklyn, N.Y.

A housewife, she was the widow of Frank Benevento.

She is survived by two sons, Frank Benevento and his wife, Sandy, of California, and Michael Benevento of Milton; one daughter, Mary Smith of Milton; two brothers, John Fasano of New Windsor, and Sam Fasano of Florida; two sisters, Carmella DiPicco of Florida, and Elizabeth Tringalli of Long Island, N.Y.; one granddaughter, April Benevento of California; three grandsons: Doug Smith of Milton, Marc Benevento of Milton, and Michael P. Benevento of Milton; one great-grandson, Anthony; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday July 7, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM in The DiDonato Funeral Service, Inc., 1290 Route 9W, Marlboro, N.Y.

The funeral will be held at St. James Church in Milton, N.Y. on Friday, July 8 at 10:00 AM with Father Fred Kempfirl officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Marlboro, N.Y.
