Linda G. Reynolds died peacefully early Sunday morning, August 5th, 2018, while surrounded by loved ones. Linda was born in New London, CT on July 19th, 1948. In 1954 she moved with her family to La Mirada, CA and she attended John Glenn High School in Norwalk, CA. Linda then fulfilled her life's calling by attending Mercy College of Nursing in San Diego, CA. She began her career as a Registered Nurse for Mercy Hospital in San Diego, CA. While in San Diego she met her husband of 48 years, Richard Reynolds. They moved north to Red Bluff, CA, where she has lived for the last 40 years. Linda was employed by both St. Elizabeth's Hospital of Red Bluff and Mercy Hospital of Redding. Linda is preceded in death by her parents Curtis and Florence Gates. She is survived by her brother George Gates and his wife Barbara, sister Catherine DeWitt and her husband John, sister Christine Gates, husband Richard Reynolds, daughter Marianne Reynolds, and son Nathaniel Reynolds and his wife Camille. Family & Friends are invited to a Celebration of Life ceremony on Saturday, August 25th from 1-4pm at 2005 Greystone CT, Red Bluff CA 96080. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sarcoidosis research or Alzheimer's research.
