SCOTT CASE Obituary

CASE, SCOTT Scott Case, a Special Olympic enthusiast, died unexpectedly, yet peacefully in his sleep, on May 23, 2106, at the age of 50. Scott is survived by his Mom, Kathy Case, his brother, Jay Case, his sister Heather Case Dzielak, his brother-in-law Moose Dzielak and his two nieces, Meghan and Lindsey Dzielak. Scott was predeceased by his father George Case. Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington.
