Gary Frenette
Gary J. Frenette, age 70, passed away with his wife and daughter by his side on April 11, 2025. Gary was born in Bridgeport, CT to Edmond J. ("Cy") and Shirley (Shippee) Frenette. He was the beloved husband of Linda Mary (Zipoli) for 40 years, and father to their precious daughter, Julianna Therese. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Gary at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at St. Rose of Lima Church, 46 Church Hill Road in Newtown. Family will receive visitors at the church one hour prior to Mass. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are asked to be forwarded to Tunnel to Towers Foundation at www.t2t.org; or to an animal shelter of one's choice. So sorry for the loss of Gary. We lived across the street from his parents and got to know Gary from his frequent visits. He always came over to say hello and share a joke! He will be missed.
