I am SO saddened by this news. Tim was a fine musician, a great person and a treasured friend. Play on old buddy.

One of the funniest nicest and warmest musician's I knew in Colorado. Gigs I'll never forget.

I first met Tim working at JL Printing in downtown Loveland. We became friends and later he was my sons guitar teacher. My son loved him and so did my wife Michelle and myself. He had a huge heart, a funny little laugh, and an incredible attitude about life in general! Rest easy my friend. I will see you in the universe. Wrap your arms around my Chelle. I´m sure you already have!

Wow, from going to church together and CCD class and the swim team and other wild things after school. He was a great friend of mine and many others.

To the Wahler family, I am sending love to you all. Tim was my first friend and I have so many memories. I can hear his wonderful laugh/giggle as I write! I wanted to be just like him (which is why I was also shirtless!). We had such a great time running around on Namaqua Hills and as we got older singing John Prine songs. I miss you amigo!!

Tim was a warm and caring person with a giant heart and just the best sense of humor! Such a gifted musician too. I miss him more and more every day. Sending lots of love to the family.

Tim was one of a kind. We met in high school and over the years we were roommates and occasionally bandmates. So talented and I count myself lucky to have had him as a friend. Rest in peace my friend.

For many years, Tim was the closest thing I had to a big brother. Easily one of the kindest people I have ever known. Rest easy my friend.

Dear Pearl and Family,
Please accept my love and prayers as you journey on this path of sadness. From what I know of Tim, he was a gentle, kind soul who brought joy and music to those who knew him. May God wrap loving arms around all of you.

Tim was on fire for music, his attitude was fun and his smile reminded me that music was supposed to be a fun bonding experience. I drew inspiration from his approach, and from his fearless originality. I will think of him when I need to remind myself of that. God bless you Tim.

We had some really amazing times with Tim. Loved his music, especially his originals. He was so talented and used to crack me up. We had some fantastic fun with him and are so sorry there aren't going to be more. You'll be missed Tim! This is heartbreaking. Love to his family.

Some of the best times of my life. Some of the best music I ever played.
One of the best guitarists ever.
One of the kindest, realist person I had the pleasure and honor to know.
I am so sorry we fell out of touch, Tim.
You were like a brother to me, and I will miss you my dear friend.
Say hi to Ron.
I'll see you both in time.

Great guy, great musician. I arrived in Ft Collins as an exchange student in '91. Joe Sparks introduced me to Tim. The following Thursday we played a gig together. Love that guy.
