Eddie N. "E. J." Rodriguez, Jr. & Blanca Rodriguez
Eddie N. "E. J." Rodriguez, Jr., 17, and Blanca Rodriguez, 19, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2017 in an automobile accident near Fredericksburg, Texas. Their services will be at 1:00PM, Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road. Burial will follow in Elmwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00PM to 8:00PM, Tuesday at the funeral home.
Blanca was born March 8, 1998.
E. J. was born September 30, 1999 in Abilene, Texas to Eddie Nasario Rodriguez, Sr. and Melissa Ann Sargent. He attended Cooper High School and worked at D & M Fencing and in construction. E. J. married Blanca Gonzales on February 15, 2017 in Abilene. He loved working on cars and was a free-spirit. E. J. loved his Uncle Jeff and Aunt Toni and considered them a second set of parents. He loved his grandmother, Patsy Nava Sargent, so very much.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Nasario Rodriguez, Sr. March 4, 2015.
He is survived by his mother, Melissa Sargent of Abilene; four brothers, Rudy Rodriguez, Christopher Vickers, Trey Vickers and Caleb Vickers; two sisters, Amanda Rodriguez and Brittney Rodriguez; and two uncles, Jessie Rodriguez and Jeffery Galbreath and wife Toni.
