Jacqueline Kelly Obituary
Sparks - Jacqueline Sue Kelly (Webber) was born May 11, 1940 in Oakland, California to Jack and Helen Webber. On August 13, 2020 Jacque arrived for her tea party in Heaven, where she was met by her beloved grandson Hunter Jack Kelly. Jacque is survived by her husband of 56 years, Richard Kelly. She was the love of his life and the only person who could give him a run for his money. She is also survived by her sister, Leila Slayton, her children, Gina Kelly, Jeffrey Kelly (Marleen Kelly), Ronald Kelly (Allison Kelly) and Jennifer Kelly (Jason Kelly). Jacque has 16 Grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews who were near and dear to her heart. Jacque obtained her nursing degree in 1968 and worked for Dr. Tyrer and Dr. Carlson. She was a devoted friend to many and enjoyed camping, rock hunting and miniatures. There wasn't anything she couldn't do once she put her mind to it. She is remembered for her stubborn tenacity, her wisdom, her giving spirit and her kind heart.
Services are scheduled at the Veteran's Cemetery on August 26, however due to COVID precautions it is by invitation only.

Jacque...It seems like it was yesterday...you and I and Loretta were young mothers raising our brood in Golden Valley. Our children, yours, mine and Loretta's had such a wonderful place to play in Golden Valley. I have nothing but fond memories of our time there and watching from my living room window our children ride their bikes and sometimes horses...etc. I remember how beautifully you decorated your home. You had a knack for that. Just wanted to say you and your family as well as Loretta's hold nothing but the fondest memories for me in my heart. Rest in Peace.

Jacque: oh the memories! I remember when Jennifer and I were kids and we would pick strawberries in your garden. I could go on and on with all if the memories. I am so grateful that growing up you and your family were part of my families life! RIP
