Manuel Peralto Obituary

Manuel Peralto

November 10, 2011

Manuel, Manny to all of us, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at his home. Manny would have celebrated his 86th birthday on January 30th. We will always remember Manny for his kindness, gentle ways, funny stories and his zest for life. If Manny made you laugh or smile, you made his day!

Manny was born in Winnemucca, Nevada, and started his venture in life when he joined the Army at the age of 17. His Army tour took him to Europe and many other places during World WAr II where he served as a medic eventually finding his way back to Nevada where he was a long time employee with Isbell Construction Co. and Helm's Construction Co.

Upon retirement from Helm's Construction Co., Manny enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and entertaining his may friends. He loved life, loved his family and loved his friends.

Manny celebrated 50 years as member of the Teamster Union, June 2006.

A private service is scheduled for family only. A celebration of Life will be held at a later date for our Brother, Dad, Grandpa, Great-Grandpa, Uncle and Friend where we will learn more amazing stories about this wonderful man.
