when i think of uncle manual, i think of a very funny man !! he was always so nice to me, he was my step uncle but always treated me like family.I have many memories of him and aunt bernice, when i was young and would stay the summer in winnemucca with uncle hank and grandma, they would come to town and pick me up and take me back to reno to the carnival and stuff, and wonderful countryside drives. he had a very generous and caring heart, He stayed in contact with me all these years. He was very close to my brother.I will miss him very much. i wish i could have said goodbye.

My Dad, my hero and friend. You will always be in my heart. A gentle man and loving grandpa, friend to so many people and the man who always had time for anyone anywhere. A celebration of life will take place soon. Love you, Dad. Betty McIntire (Placerville, CA)

I FIRST MET MANUEL WHEN I WAS 12 YRS OLD WHEN WE LIVED NEXT DOOR TO HIM AND BERNIECE ON LINCOLN WAY. I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT HIM AS HE WAS SUCH A WONDERFUL MAN. WHAT A GIFT TO ME THAT I WAS ABLE TO KNOW HIM AND HAVE SOME VERY SPECIAL MEMORIES OF HIM. HE WAS ALWAYS SMILING AND I DONT THINK I HAVE EVER MET A MORE POSITVIE, CARING MAN. I WILL ALWAYS CARRY THE SPECIAL MEMORIES IN MY HEART AND I WILL ALWAYS FEEL TRULY BLESSED THAT I WAS ABLE TO HAVE HIM IN MY LIFE. TO HIS FAMILY, I KNOW THIS WILL BE A ROUGH ROAD BUT JUST CHERISH ALL YOUR MEMORIES AND KNOW YOU ALL NOW HAVE A GUARDIAN ANGEL WATCHING OUT FOR ALL OF YOU!

LOVE,

LEE & KIM MARLOW
